At Cook’s we offer a high level of after sales service to our customers on both plumbing and heating installations. We have over 1500 customers within Fife who repeatedly use our maintenance and servicing facilities. Our current maintenance team have over 60 years experience between them and have dealt with a vast range of issues over the years.
We specialise in the servicing and maintaining of modern electronic boilers and have had one of our maintenance team operatives carry out extensive training over the last 5 years on the new range of high efficiency condensing boilers. Some of this training has been done with the assistance of Worcester Bosch at their training facility at Carnegie College, Dunfermline which allows us to maintain your Worcester Bosch boiler to the highest standard.
We offer two types of cover to our customers. The first being work carried out on a time and materials basis. This is where any maintenance work carried out would be broken down into parts used and the time involved in the diagnoses and carrying out the repair and then charged appropriately. The second is our maintenance plan. This is where a monthly fee is paid to have your system maintained including an annual service. The basic plan is boiler cover only but this can be increased to include your full heating system and plumbing/gas fires if you desire.
