We offer a full range of plumbing services to our customers. This ranges from large jobs such as the supply and fitting of a full bathroom including all trades required to the smallest of jobs such as changing a tap washer.
Bathrooms
When we supply and fit a bathroom for you, we organise the installation from start to finish. You have no problems trying to get trades to complete your bathroom installation as we supply all the relevant trades required. If you wished to have a bathroom installed by us we would have Mr David Cook from our company visit you to discuss designs and options and the different trades you require e.g.. tiler, electrician etc. You would then receive a quotation for the installation part of the project. Once the quotation has been accepted we then arrange to meet our customers at the William Wilson bathroom showroom in Kirkcaldy to view and specify their sanitary ware. A quotation is then given on the specified products and this is added to your installation price to give you a final quotation for the installation. We have found that it is far more beneficial to our customers to view the bathroom products first hand as choosing bathrooms from catalogues can often lead to disappointment.
High Pressure Hot Water Systems (unvented hot water)
Unvented hot water cylinders give you the benefit of high pressure hot water throughout your property. This gives you the benefits such as; power shower performance without the need for costly shower pumps, allowing you to use multiple hot water outlets simultaneously and quicker filling of baths, jacuzzis etc. These units can also be easily linked to solar panel systems and can be made in any size to suit. We obtain our hot water cylinders and other hot water products etc from McDonald Engineers in Glenrothes who are the UK’s most experienced cylinder manufacturer and who we have worked with for over 25 Years. Like all of our preferred manufactures, McDonald Engineers have given us exceptional service over the past 25 years and have assisted us with training on their products.. Due to their location in Fife, spare part availability is excellent.
Solar Energy
Due to the increase in energy prices and the impact on the environment people are now looking at alternative, renewable energy systems. One of these alternatives is Solar Panels which can be used to heat hot water. As with all new innovations within the plumbing and heating industry we are undertaking training to allow us to offer this relatively new concept to our customers. In 2007 two of our operatives attended an intensive course organised by Worcester Bosch so we can give our customers accurate advice and problem free installations. We are due to start installing Solar Systems in mid 2009.
